rmhd files are unwanted

I use real player to download videos and to play videos. I use windows media player to make cds. I was offered rmhd as option to save space but given that I have to convert them back to mp4, it's a waste of time. please explain to me how to turn it back to what I had previously. thank you.

  You can disable RMHD by following these steps.

  1. Open RealDownloader

  2. Uncheck "Convert HD Videos to realmedia HD"
