Where's my PLUS?
I have been a Real user for many years, but since my PC died a couple of weeks ago I purchased RP18+ on Feb 12, 2018 (among a lot of replacement S/W) and still can NOT activate any RPplus features. I have the $39.99 Paypal receipt as proof of purchase for RP18+ but have heard nothing from Realnetworks. Can I PLEASE get some help? I've seen many posts here with the same issue going back several years, but there seems to be a glitch in the system. I've followed all of the troubleshooting and repair procedures, to no avail ---- HELP!!!!!
