I think it really sucks wind that someone would sell a product like real player to us for money and then hide behind  computer generated phone answering to keep from even trying to help customers

  my real player will not play about 90 percent of my flash videos without being distorted with limes through the pictures

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
