I wrote the previous post about confusion. I checked my bank statement. On 1/16/18 I paid $24.99 for what I thought was +. Now when I went to upgrade for $39.99 it says I'm already registered. Sooo, how about charging me the extra $15.00 and let me get back to burning.

  You have subscribed to RealTimes Premium (Annual) plan. With this, you get RealPlayer Plus and 25GB of Cloud space. This is a yearly subscription. I sent you a reply on the other post. Please reply to that.
