upgraded a cpl months ago, after update it doesn't recognize the upgrade and wont let me access my account, says web page isn't there....

  I see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express with your gmail as your username. Please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer with your gmail address. (The same that you used to create this post)
