This does not work on even the simplest vids.  No youtube works nothing I try works....It work fine and till I actually sent you money and got the plus package.  I have done all your trouble shooting tips and still nothing.  It actually try once on a first try after down loading a update then every time the blue little tab thing comes down I get the no videos message...  To be honest thats crap.   Please fix this or make it where is easier to trouble shoot.   You know what.  Don't bother I will just un install.  I'm sick of this crap.   Maybe its me not know how to use your player that I have been using for 7 to 8 years all of the sudden.  Shrugs I don't know.  I have been to the support page and follow all the instructions there I could find.  It still won't even download a youtube video.  Let alone from any sight on the web.   I don't know whats going on with the paid version versus the trail.  For me its broke and to be honest, I am tired of trying to fix it.  Thanks for your time!
