After converting video to MP3 I can't save to my library get error message

This issue is recent.  Never happened before.

Sometimes when I download a video there are no 'Convert to' buttons.

Other times  I download video and convert to MP3 I get a message:

Real player was unable to load a required component.

Details:  Could not create actor -  guid not found.
