RealPlayer Plus will not play DVDs, I just get sound and a black screen.

 I have just paid for RealPlayer Plus so I can play DVDs but all I get is a black screen and sound or RealPlayer shows a blue circle times out . I have tried three DVDs but I just get the same thing. Please help.

  I see that your request for a refund was processed on 3/19/2018. Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
