Real player file does not player correctly

 I have a file I downloaded and when I played it, it just plays as a audio file not video file, deleted the video and re downloaded it still have same issue

  Can you please let me know the format of this file? Also, can you please let me know the URL of this video that you are downloading?

  Would you be able to send us the file to test in-house?
