Cannot open Realplayer

 I have purchased RealPlayer 18 plus but it won't open.My system is Windows 7 Home premium ,I use microsoft security essentials anti virus ,plus hitman pro.

Would be grateful for any help as it is driving me crazy.

 

Habe  Realplayer 18 plus gekauft aber er startet nicht.Mein System ist Windows 7 Home Premum und ich benütze Microsoft Security essentials als anit -virus program ,plus Hitman Pro .werde langsam verrückt-versuche schon den ganzen nachmittag das Problem zu lösen.Jede Hilfe willkommen.
