cannot down load from facebook or you tube

could download before but when renewal came up would not work. is there a setting??

  Please use Internet Explorer to download videos from Facebook. It may not work with browsers such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

  In Internet Explorer, please make sure your add on is enabled. Here are instructions to enable the add on.
