please help

can not down load music or ant type of media  . Also cant not covert music to mp3

what is going on here

  Please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer. Reinstalling should help. Here are the instructions:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013-Uninstall-and-reinstall-RealPlayer-on-Windows

  Also, if you are using Firefox, please make sure you have the latest version of Firefox which is 59.0.2 as of today.
