    My real player has stopped playing videos from my Mac. There was a previous problem which an update fixed to a point. It would not play videos saying there was insufficient connection. The update fixed this but I kept getting dropouts which was annoying. Now it has stopped playing altogether saying the video is not available. These problems all started with the recent iPad update. Can you let me know what I can do about this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled real player with no success. If it is a problem you know about can you please tell me when it will be fixed.

    Andy,

    Are you having issues playing videos on your MAC or on your iPad? We recently had issues where videos stored on a PC would not play on the iPad. However, that has been since fixed.

    We are not making any active updates to the MAC version of RealPlayer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
