Installation Error

I have been prompted to update my

 

Realplayer plus for over a year.  Last night I went to the website to do so and kept seeing a different Realplayer title.  I then saw a prompt that said that I would overwrite my old program if I continued or activate another prompt to update what I had.  I updated Realplayer plus and the program that downloaded turned out to be the free version.  I went back and tried to download Plus again and the message said that I already had it, so I updated to Premium.  It loaded and appeared to have what I wanted.  This morning, the program will not open.  Last night I tested the burn mode and a message indicated that I needed a decoding program.  How can I get my old Realplayer Plus back, which functioned fine?  Can this one be repaired?
