Downloader (free version) keeps prompting for upgrade, won't download

The free realDownloader keeps prompting me to upgrade - closing the "upgrade now" dialog stalls out the download, so I can't download any more. I don't see anything about a limited number of downloads for the free version, but you are definitely blocking my ability to download. I shouldn't have to upgrade in order to use what you advertise as a free service.

  Please reinstall RealPlayer to resolve this issue.Here are the instructions:

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the upgrade message still blocks downloading on the 720p setting
