Real Downloader Will not Run Properly

When I open or try to use Real Downloader (newly installed on a brand new Windows 10 laptop), it opens a dialog box asking about downloading in HD. That's as far as it gets. The dialog box allows for zero interaction: buttons won't work, I can't check the box, and it won't close. Consequently, I cannot use the program, nor will it download anything. The browser dropdown does work, and I can click on it, but once the downloader window opens, all functionality ceases.

  If you haven't tried yet, please follow the instructions from the below link to reinstall RealPlayer.
