RealConverter not working

I want to convert wma files to MP3 and I installed RealPlayer 18 to do that. I was able to convert 8 files and since, RealConverter stops working. I followed all the instructions you provided: reinstalled RealPlayer, deleted the common files, deleted the original library, installed K-Lite codec, ran updates, installed DirectX or whatever it was. Nothing has improved the situation.

  Does RealConverter stop working on any wma files you have after the first 8 files or is it on a specific wma file? 

  This information will help in narrowing down the problem.

  It only worked for 8 files and stopped. Running one or multiple files makes no difference.
