Problem with playback of movies downloaded with Real Downloader
I have been using Real Downloader and Real Player for many years. Now all of a sudden, I get hash on the video portion of many of my movies. The audio plays fine.
This doesn't affect all files that I have downloaded, but it is more than half of them.
Should I convert them to Windows Media files and play them with Windows Media Player?

We have a known issue with certain files that don't play properly in the latest version of RealPlayer. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue. I will email you as soon as it is resolved.
In the meanwhile, converting those files to .MP4 format should allow you to play them in RealPlayer without any issues.

I have been using Real Player for years also. I own a licensed version. Most clips I download off the net all playback in slow motion and the quality is lower. I haven't changed any settings. I have had this issue for over 2 years. No update has fixed it. To say I am displeased in this product is an understatement.

Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue.
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:
3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.
4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.
5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.0 -
I need help from technical support Sharma please I miss your help. Been with Real player/Realtime since August 2014. I'm the Retired Nurse handicapped I brought 27" Apple Mac Desktop Real player don't work with it. I now brought A labtop15" Spectre Hp Quicktime no longer works. This labtop is strictly Microsoft which I hate Window 11 Pro.I only used YouTube and Facebook for download I can't download properly I don't use music storage I just used download or video storage. I hope you can remember me to helped me I'm home 7days a Week Central time. ALL DAYPLEASE REACH OUT TO ME I NEED YOUR HELP
