replayer sp 16

i started with realplayer 12 up to realplayer sp 16 each time happy and noting wanting to up grade then was told more or less to get another computer because windows vister was no longer support being on a fix income i was furios.

you guys told me that  when ever i get a new computer that you would take came of me that i would not have to pay any more money. I now have windows 10

so will any body honor that promise.  Lawrence Mulligan
