Real Player Reset

I have previously hinted to you that your software resets itself when selecting new data. BUT YOU HAVE not TRIED to rectify same.  (WHY DO I SAY THIS), I have tried to have the current problem rectified but only to fall on DEAF EARS. When do you learn that that the customer can be useful with regard to the way your program operates.

(I am a programmer and I am over willing to listen to my customers with regards to the way my programs operate.)

  Can you please describe more on what you mean by "software resets itself"? It would help me understand the issue better and provide you with appropriate solutions.
