FLV won't play

 Image is torn, slanted at a 45 degree angle and super imposed on itself. Started when I upgraded to premium

  We are aware of an issue with playing .FLV files in our latest version of RealPlayer. Our engineers are working on resolving it. We will email you as soon as it is fixed. Until such time, request you to convert all your .FLV files to .MP4 using our RealConverter.
