Can you please let me know what is the format of the file that is downloaded? Does it happen on any all downloaded videos?

Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

    http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

I keep getting an error message when trying to burn cd's. Please ensure that your disc is clean and not damaged before attempting your burn again. If the problem persists try burning with the option to add 2 seconds between tracks if applicable.(1014) I have tried using that option and still not working right. The error message seems to happen about 3/4 of the way through the burn and then it puts about 4 tracks back up in my ready to burn list/ Help Ok so that's what I thought as well so I transferred file to Roxio Creator and it was a perfect burn so there is a bug somewhere in Real Player

    Gene,

This message is mostly due to a bad CD/DVD drive (corrupted burn lens) or a bad set of disks. Can you try to burn a CD using Windows Media Player or a different program just to make sure the problem is not with your CD/DVD drive.

    Please let us know.
