One video in selection comes out distorted left to right in black & white.

I have been using Real Player for many years and have made many DVDs.

I fully understand how to use Real Player.

Recently when I select a few videos from YouTube  to put onto a DVD, one video comes out in black & white left to right and is distorted. Sound is perfect.

Video plays in library ok, format (MP4) is ok.

I have reloaded Real Player a couple of times.Same issue occurs.

I also had an error recently (but not all the time) 21310402562.

This issue is driving me nuts. Just how can this issue be resolved/Would appreciate assistance.
