Unable to get premium features

I have troubleshoot by clearing cookies in IE.  I use Windows 10 pro.  I have gone to the RealPlayer folder and deleted cookies folder.  Restarted Realplayer and still do not get my features.  I have gone to services and restarted the services you have suggested nothing still no premium features. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still no premium features when I log in and redownloading. So I paid for the Xpress download version at 24.99 on April 29th 2018.  Now what do I do?
