REalPlayer SP Downloader on Mac

My RealPlayer SP Downloader ( version 12.0.1 ) will no longer id downloadable videos.  It was working ok until now.  I am running a MAC ( OS High Sierra 10.13.4 ) and Safari.  Have tried returning to sights that were successful in the past with no success.  I have removed and reinstalled RealPlayer twice but the problem persists
