Previewer

I'm trying to view videos, but some I can't because I don't have a "previewer." What is that, please, and how do I install one, thanks.

  If the videos are stored in your computer, you should be able to play them in RealPlayer as long as they are compatible.

  If you are wanting to view videos from a DVD, you will need to purchase RealPlayer Plus. I am not sure what you mean by "previewer".
