    We are aware of this issue. Our engineering team is working on resolving the issue. I will email you as soon as the issue is resolved. Until then, request you to convert all .FLV and .WebM files to .MP4 format.

    have same issue....try to play older vids  downloaded with realplayer,

    now they are useless,
