  Can you please let me know the following:

  1. Which website are you downloading videos from?

  2. Is there a specific URL you can share which we can test in-house?

  3. Are you signed into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features?

  4. What makes you feel the downloads are bad? Is the picture not clear upon playback?
