Deleted videos

 The limiting of the account size email has caused me to attempt to delete many files to bring me below the 100GB BUT I have hit a snag. I kept all my videos in albums and then naively thought I could start deleting photos and videos from that section entitled as such, "Photos and videos" not realising that it also removed them from the album!!! Can I get them back?
