realplayer and downloader run spontaneously

Realplayer and  Downloader  are set to not open on startup (msconfig) and are deactivated using tuneup utilities.  However these ^*#% programs seem to initiate themselves, running in the background and downloader often shows up with my web browser. I have the Plus subscription.  How do I stop them from running loose like this.

  We are not sure how Tuneup Utilities work but if you set it to not startup, then it shouldn't. Please check with their technical specs.

  With respect to RealDownloader - You can uncheck "Turn on Download This Video in Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers" under RealDownloader's Preferences
