photos show up on iPhone and not iPad   Why. They are on my camera roll but can not see them in real times .

  Photos on iPhone's camera roll are stored locally. Therefore, you can't see it on your iPad. If your photos in your iPhone are uploaded to the Cloud, your iPad should see them.
