Cannot Convert .rv files to mp4 propertly, video okay, no audio.

 I attempted to convert .rv files to mpg4.  Video converts okay, but no audio! 

 

Any suggestions?  Thank you, Alexis

  Can you please send us a sample file sp we can test it in-house?

  To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
  2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
  3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
  4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
  5. Click Send.

  Thank you for sending me the sample file. I converted the file and see the same issue as you have been noticing. I hear no sound after converting to MP4. I will have to escalate this to our product team.
