How do I get my money back. I was charged for Real Player on 7-3 for $39.99 and the tax for $.80 on 7-2   and it DOES NOT WORK(I CANNOT PLAY MY DVD'S AND I HAVE TRIED A FEW TIMES AND I DO NOT WANT YOUR JUNK.  PLEASE PUT THE MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.  Thank You   Mary Ann Miller

  Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
