Realplayer downloader

 My realplayer downloader has recently stopped working.   I click on the "download this video" button and after about 1 min, it comes up with the message "unable to download".         I am running version 18 + premium on windows 7.

The videos I am trying to download are things like instructional videos from you tube so should not be protected.

Help please

  To resolve this, please reinstall RealPlayer. Here are instruction to reinstall.
