Can you please explane to me why I spent $40 on realplayer because I wanted to premium verson and why realplayer has been around since the very
beginning and yet it can't play certain media files? Although when I tried playing these sound files in VLC and Windows media player and they played fine.
This boggles the mind. VLC is cheezy and free and Windows media player is free as well. Every damn free and cheep media player in the world can
probably play these files except the expensive well experienced realplayer. This isn't the only time this has happen. For years I've been using
realplayer and thought the reason that it couldnt play some of my media files was because I have to pay for premium service. It was too
expensive and I just settled for using what ever else was available. Finally I make the leap and buy realplayer and its like not meeting any
expectations. It says it has to download updates to play the file then says there is no update to play this file. Whats up. Am I missing something? A weird setting or something? Im try to make it work and I cant accept realplayer is not compatible.
