slow motion

My slow motion does not work right. I use to have realplayer 16 and slow motion was great but the one I got now is really bad. Is there a way to change it? Thank you!

  We are not able to get Slow motion work as well. This seems to be a bug in the program. This issue has been escalated to the product team.
