When I purchased Real Downloader Express, the website said there was a 30 day money back guarantee.  I have only had it about an hour and want to return it; it does not do what I need it to do.  How to I return the product?

  You have not been charged yet for this purchase. I can confirm that you won't be charged for RealPlayer Downloader Express. 

  You can simply uninstall the product.
