 If I restart my PC, the shortcut doesn't work, I get this...

''The Item 'Realplayer'.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Avatar, I have done that, even a clean uninstall, I have just RESTARTED my pc to update my antivirus, turned back on and short cut not working again.

  I am now getting on to billing for a refund.

  Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file named realplay.exe

  Right click on this file select "Send to --> Desktop (Create Shortcut)"
