Created Playlists Disppear

I have a number of playlists that I created that I burn onto CDs … many times when I return to them the playlist had disappeared & it's just empty.  It's so annoying.  I take the time to create them, and then they're gone without warning.  very frustrating!

  Has RealPlayer ever been uninstalled on this computer where playlists were created? Have you noticed RealPlayer crashing before the playlists show empty?
