Videos not in HD

I upgraded to the deluxe edition of Realplayer.  Now when I download an HD video, it doesn't download in high definition. What is the problem?

  Can you please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer. Signing into RealPlayer will activate the Plus features and should allow you to download HD videos. 

  Can you also provide us with a sample HD video (link) you are downloading from?
