External drives no longer seen by Real PLayer

For a long time, I paid and yu stored ny videos and I was able to stream from C/drive or external drives. Now not only is the cloud space less, I cannot see the videos stream from any external drives plugged into my pc. Why?

  To make sure RealPlayer sees your external hard drive, you can manage it from your "Watched Folders".
