dll failure

Hi,

Probably I got some viruses through Internet. E-SET programme had cancelled this damages, but since that time the Burning function doesn't work.

Recoding files for burning are ending at 90-91 %, and finally some kind of messages appear, like this:

or dlll errors, etc.

What could I do? Do I have to reboot my laptop, or reinstall its operation system? Perhaps exists a special program for repairing these kinds of errors?

  It appears that something happened to your RealPlayer installation due to the virus. You could attempt to reinstall RealPlayer by following the instructions from this link.

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013-Uninstall-and-reinstall-RealPlayer-on-Windows

  If the issue persists, perhaps reinstalling the operating system should help because if the virus affected your computer, it is quite possible that other programs also have been affected.
