Scusate ma ho dei problemi. Ho usato per molto tempo la vs versione FREE e stamani improvvisamente si sono cancellati dei file e azzerate delle Playlist. 

Perchè? Allora ho deciso di pagare 24,99 dollari e vedere se questi problemi si risolveano da soli . Magari era colpa del fatto che come free user non potevo superare certi limiti ma niente è accaduto . Cosa fare?

  We don't offer support in Italian. We don't manage or have access to your playlists. Something must have recently changed on your end that might have removed the playlists. Did you recently reinstall RealPlayer? Having the free version or the paid version doesn't change anything with your Playlists.
