Impossibilité de telecharger des videos de musique

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé mais depuis quelques jours  impossible de télécharger des vidéos de musiques en ouvrant internet dans real player comme je faisais avant et ce qui avait résolu tous les ptoblèmes. J'ai réinstaller real player en conservant la bibliothèque, rien y fait.

Est-ce du à une mise à jour de Windows  ? Ou autre ? je ne sais pas .

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  Thank you , I am not fluent in English but I understood your answer.

  I hope you are going to solve this problem
  Before this issue I used to open the videos directly with Real player
  With that way no problem to downloder
  No more problems.
  But today is an other day

  I am sure you are going to find out the answer !
