burning clips to dvd

I have mp4 format videos in my RealPlayer Library. They play perfectly. When I burn these clips and play them in my dvd player they are in black and white and distorted. The screen seems to show the video divided in two and be a mirror image. I have successfully in the past burned and played discs in my player

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try burning the videos again.
