pourquoi sur you tube ont ne peu plus enregistré des vidéos avec votre programme ça me donne quoi de payez ce programme si je ne peu pas enregistré des vidéos que j'aime

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  Please follow these instructions to resolve your issue.

  
  1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
  2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
  3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
  4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
  5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
  6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
  7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)

  La dernière fois vous avez reparé par commande à distance.Je suis libre vous pouvez faire ça sinon vous me fixez un rendez-vous la date et l'heure en france comme la dernière fois je vous attendrai avec mon ordinateur pour resoudre avec vous merci d'avance j'ai déjà re initialisé mais ne fonctionne pas merci d'avance

  Can you please download any video from a non YouTube website and let us know if you are able to download?

  Example - www.vimeo.com

  If you are able to download from a non YouTube website but not from YouTube, it means that they are blocking downloads and the issue is not the Downloader.

  Please confirm anyway.
