real player extremely slow starting up and won't let me sign in

After years of using realplayer it suddenly became very slow to start up. It also will not let me sign in. I get a error message saying "Currently not connected to real times." My real times account is in order and I am able to sign in. I tried to use another authentication account to connect to but I get another error message saying "We were unable to input your Gmail contacts try again." It takes 8 minutes for realplayer to load up. My computer is fine. please help.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  can not down load my real player can not sign in. I can not get MY REAL PLAYER THAT I PAID FOR!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!       I NEED ANS!!!!!!!!!
