I paid for Real Player Downloader Express but when I log into Real Player it only says I have Real Player Plus.

  I see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus today (9/4/2018). RealPlayer Plus is a higher version with more features compared to your previous purchase of RealPlayer Downloader Express.Therefore, your RealPlayer Plus supercedes RealPlayer Downloader Express. With RealPlayer Plus, you can do additional things that Downloader Express couldn't do. Example - Burn DVDs, set 10 band equalizer and many more.
