cannot find video to download

I cannot down load video since my realdownloader has been updated I have to version 18.1.14.201 running with windows 10. Please help.

  We have identified a known issue with certain videos where RealDownloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue.

  We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  when i try to find videos nothing happens

  i have version 18 i bought premium

  Jim,

  Please restart your computer and try again. If it still fails, can you please follow these steps and try again?

  1. Open Internet Options from the search window.
  2. Under General Tab, click Delete in Browsing History and follow prompts.
  3. Close Internet Options.

  Once you are done resetting your Internet Options, please follow these steps:

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows
  3. Restart your PC

  Now try your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Please note: Please use a web browser to download videos. Currently, web videos within RealPlayer is not working and our engineers are working to fix it.
