  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to converting files. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try converting again.

  I try to convert wm and take to long the other program was faster than this one I want to cancel my order and i my money back thank you/
